I would like to be able to set a default value for "Options" type questions.
Example: I have 3 options "Cloud Only;On-Premise Only; Both" and I would like to be able to say that "Cloud Only" is the default selected when creating the request.

sounds good to me. As long as there is the possibility of setting a default value or not, it's perfect.
So it can be a list with the value of the options and we can choose the default one and if none are chosen, no options will appear as default.
Or a simple check box that says "If checked, the first option will be offered by default".

Merged it with the existing one, like the idea to define with "(Default)"
We also had in mind to make the first value the default value, what do you think about that?
