Hi! Give the requester the possibility to choose approver will help to save the need to create several services for the same topic. For example, for onboarding user in different countries, you need that HHRR of each country approve the request, currently, to do that, we need to create a service for each country with his belonging HHRR approvers. If the user can choose from a list of available approvers, can choose the HHRR of his country and we don't need to create a service for each country, that involves too the creation of AD groups to filter the visibility of the service depending on the country of the user.
About 2 level of approvals, it would be so useful have the possibility of choose a second level of approval. For example, an onboarding user service involves the creation of the user in AD (that HHRR approves, first level) and the assignment of an O365 license (that must be approved by other team, second level). So two separate approvals are needed.
Thanks a lot!
