Common Error #1
This often happens when you use a SQL Cluster, and there is an issue with the SQL Cert. You can try to add "TrustServerCertificate=True;" to the connection string.
How to solve
- Switch to the "Advanced" Tab
- add "TrustServerCertificate=True; at the end of the connection string
- Click "Continue" Button
Error Code 11001
This error happens when we cannot connect to the SQL Server.
How to solve
- double-check if you entered the correct Server name
- Check if the au2mator Server has an active connection to the SQL Server
