How to access a Request with unique URL

In au2mator Self-Service Portal, you can access a Service directly with a unique URL instead of selecting it from the "Start a Request" Page.

Step 1: Login as Admin

• Please login as Admin to au2mator Self-Service Portal

Step 2: Navigate to the Service Page

• Navigate to Service (Page)

Step 3: Edit a Service

• Click the "Pencil" to edit a Service.

Step 4: Get the Service ID

• On the Top, you see the Service ID in (ID ****)

Step 4: Build URL

• The final URL depends on your Main au2mator Self-Service Portal URL
• Here is an example for Service ID "78".
• http://localhost/StartRequest?serviceId=78
• Replace "localhost" with your URL
