- Step 3: Right Click au2mator App Pool
- Step 4: Configure Idle Timeout
Description
By default, when an IIS website is installed, it is configured to shut down the application pool if it is idle for 20 minutes. You can change the Idle Timeout value in settings like this:
Step 1: Open IIS
Open IIS on your au2mator Server
Step 2: Application Pool
Navigate to Application Pools in the navigation tree on the left.
Step 3: Right Click au2mator App Pool
Right-click on the au2mator application pool and choose Advanced Options
Step 4: Configure Idle Timeout
Change Idle Timeout (minutes) to whatever value you want. au2mator recommends 0 (don't ever stop the application pool due to inactivity) for a production environment and 60 minutes for a non-production environment.
