Introduction to Question Type

You Data is stored in a SQL Database. We got you covered.



Settings

  • SQL Server
    • Enter the Name or IP of the SQL Server


  • SQL Port
    • Enter the Port for the SQL Connection. Standard is 1433


  • SQL Database
    • The Name of the SQL Database you want to connect


  • Show Result as
    • You can select between a "Typeahead" or a "Prepop Table"


  • Prepop Table Design
    • When you select "Prepop Table" on the "Show Result as" Setting, you can decide the Style of the Table Design


  • Prepop Title
    • The custom Title is shown at the front when a User is executing the PowerShell as the Title of the Prepop Table.


  • Prepop Description
    • The custom Description is shown at the front when a User executes the PowerShell as a Description of the Prepop Table.



  • Query
    • Enter the SQL Query you want to execute. You can also use Advanced Placeholder in the Query.

  • Authentication
    • Here you can choose between 3 Modes
      • SQL Authentication: Please enter User and Password
      • Windows Authentication: The logged in User is used to authenticate
      • App Pool Identity: The Service Account from au2mater App Pool is used



  • Show Select Columns
    • Here you need to select the Columns you want to show, and the Columns you want to send to the automation.


  • Selection Type
    • When the SQL Query returns multiple Options to select, configure if the USer can select single or multiple values.



  • Visibility
