General

In the Overview, you can drag and drop the order of the Questions. Click on a Question to configure the Details.

• Question
  • Enter a nice name here for your Question instead of the Key Value.

• Help Message
  • Each Question can have a small Question Mark with more Details. Here, you can configure the Details. Text can be HTML

• Required
  • You can enable this question as required here.

Question Type

Select the appropriate Question type you want to use for this Question.

• Integer

Visibility

Here, you can configure your service with dynamics forms. 

First, select the related Question you want to hide or show your actual Question. Related to the Question type you can configure the Conditions and Value.

The First Question is always visible and cannot be configured here.
