Selected AD Groups

Here, you can select single or multiple AD Groups to which this service is limited. When there is no Group decided, the Service is not limited.

Instructions

You can add Instructions to your Services. When a user starts a service, this text is shown below the Service Name.


You can enter up to 3000 characters. The first 200 will be shown at the Start a Request and provide a "show more" link to see the full Text.


You can use HTML to format your text.


Service Insights

Internal Notes

Here, you can enter some internal Notes, only Admins can see


Estimated Saved Minutes

Here, you can enter an integer Value in Minutes to calculate the saved time when the Service is used.



Custom Response

A Custom Response can be shown when a User starts a Service and before he will be redirected. 


  • Message
    • Enter the Text you want to show in the Popup Box. HTML is supported.


  • Message Position
    • Select a proper Place, and the Popup should show up.


  • Require User Response
    • Please activate it when the User acknowledges the Pop-up before continuing.





Wait for Return Data

Usually, when a User starts a service, he will be redirected to the Home Page (if not configured differently). Here, you can wait for the automation's Return data. The Return will be shown in a separate Popup.


  • Timeout
    • Choose Timeout for max 300 Seconds. This Value controls the maximum time we wait for the Return Data from Automation.



Enable Custom Redirect

When a User triggers a Service, he will be redirected to the Home Page. Here, you can override that behavior.


  • Redirect to the Status Page
    • The USer will be redirected to the Status Page.


  • Enable Custom Redirect
    • Custom URL
      • Enter the Custom URL to which you want to be redirected. Please enter the full URL
