Configure Service Groups and some additional Settings for au2mator Self-Service Portal.

User Information

Here, you can define the Properties you want to be available on the User Profile Page.

On the left side, you see all available Properties for selection. On the right, you see the selected Properties on the Profile Page.

You can arrange the selected properties and set the order. By drag and drop

Service Approvers

You can enter multiple Distinguished Names of Organization Units to disable available Approvers. Multiple DN need to be separated by ";"

Leave empty to have no limitation of available Approvers.

Team Information

Here, you can control how your Team is calculated.

ManagedBy attribute

The ManagedBy attribute will build the Team by the Manager Attribute in Active Directory. So your Team Members will be all Users, where the logged-in User is the Manager.

Group based

The Group based setting will let you control your Team by Group Memberships. So, if the Logged-in User is the Manager of a Group, the Team Members will be the Members of this Group.

Group based & ManagedBy attribute

This is the Combination of the above main options.

• Also Count Groups as Manager

This is an Option when "Group based" is selected.

Here, you can choose that the Manager of a Group can also be a Group, so all Members of the Manager Group will see the Members of the second Group as a Team.

• Also Count Sub Groups

This is an Option when "Group based" is selected.

If this option is selected, Groups will count as Team Members and be determined recursively.

Service AD Groups

Here, you can limit the available Groups for Services and Services Groups. By entering a DN of your Organization Unit, you can limit available Groups to that OU.

Multiple DN need to be separated by a ";"

• Search AD Groups recursivly
  • If this is enabled, we also calculate recursive Group Memberships. This can affect Performance.
