Services

From this area, you can enable comments when you edit a Service and make it mandatory to make comments.

• Enable Comments
  • When the Toggle is on, you are asked to comment when a Service is saved. You will see a List of Comments in the Service Setting on the History Page
• Require a comment
  • This makes the comment mandatory, and you have to enter a comment before you can save the Service...

Service Groups

Each Service needs to be a Member of a Service Group. Here, you see a List of existing Service Groups and you can modify and create new Service Groups,
