You can configure a global list of allowed File extensions for every Filepicker Question Type. So, it is mandatory to have a global file extension available before selecting it at the Question Type.

Step 1: Login as Admin
- Please login as Admin to au2mator Self-Service Portal
Step 2: Navigate to SETTINGS / ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Navigate to Settings (Page) and Announcements (Settings)
Step 3: Enable Announcements
- Toggle the Switch "Show Announcements" to enable Announcements.
ClickStep 4: Clikc the NEW Button
- Title
- Enter a Title for your Announcement
- The Text in Title and Announcement will be shown to the User
- Announcement
- Enter a Text for the Announcement
- Announcement Text will be shown to the User
Announcement Property does support HTML- Is Active
- Turn the Announcements on or off
- Start Date
- Enter the Start Date for this Announcement
- Only when the actual DateTime is between Start and End Date, Announcement is shown
- End Date
- Enter the End Date for this Announcement
- Only when the actual DateTime is between Start and End Date, Announcement is shown
- Description
- Enter a Description for the Announcement
- This Description is only visible to Admins
- Language
- Select a Language for the Announcement
