Here, we will show you all the details you need about the System Center Orchestrator and au2mator Self-Service Portal.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
Prerequisites
Ensure you follow the Instructions before configuring au2mator with System Center Orchestrator.
Permission
During au2mator setup, you entered the credentials of the service account. The Credentials are used for the IIS App Pool to start the process.
See our Install and Upgrade for more Details
This User is also used to connect from the au2mator Self-Service Portal to the System Center Orchestrator.
Please add the au2mator Service User as an Orchestrator Admin.
Web Service
To au2mator Self-Service Portal to System Center Orchestrator, we need the Orchestrator WebService URL. The exact URL depends on your Configuration, but usually, it looks like this.
Replace *SCOServer* with your ServerName.
Also, ensure the Firewall or other Applications are not blocking Access from your au2mator Server to the SCO Webservice URL.
!Very important! You can use SCO 2022 but not the new Web API from SCO 2022. Please install Webservice from 2019 when using SCO 2022. As the SCO 2022 New Web API is still ver buggy, we are not adding this to au2mator
See our How to configure Automation Engines in au2mator for more Details
