Here, you can edit the Portal Name you see in the Browser Tab

Sorting

You can control the Sorting of Services and Service Groups on the "Start a Request" Page.

Custom Facivon

Switch the Toggle on to use a custom Favicon.

User Team Images

With the Toggle, you can control if we show the Profile Picture for the User in the Portal. The picture comes from Active Directory.

Custom Welcome Messages

You can configure, change, and delete your Custom Welcome Messages.
