How to create a Service Group

Every Service needs to be connected to a Service Group. A Service Group holds multiple Services, making configuring some settings for more Services easier.

Step 1: Login as Admin

• Login to au2mator Self-Service Portal as an Admin

Step 2: Navigate to Settings/Service Groups

• Navigate to the Settings (Page) and select Service Groups

Step 3: Create a New Service Group

• Click on the "New" Button to open the Popup to create a new Service Group.

Step 4: Settings

• Configure the following Properties
  • Image
    • Choose an Image to make the Service Group more visible
  • Name
    • Enter unique and describing Name
  • Description
    • User the Description for more Details, what kind of Services the User can find here
  • Language
    • Leave the standard or limit the Service Group to a Language
  • Security Groups
    • Select an AD Group if you want to restrict the access to the Service Group

Step 5: Save

• Click the Save button to create your new Service Group.
