Introduction

A View Configuration is a saved, named view for one of the Asset Management list pages: which Columns and Filters are shown, how the list is sorted and how many Rows are shown per Page. Save as many Views as you like, and mark one as your Default View.

Fields

• Name
  • The Name of this View.

• Is Default
  • Use this View automatically when opening the List.

• Visible Columns / Visible Filters
  • Choose which Columns and Filters are shown for this View.

• Saved Filter Values
  • Pre-fill one or more Filters with fixed Values every time this View is opened.

• Sort Column / Sort Direction / Page Size
  • Control the default Sorting and how many Rows are shown per Page.

Supported Entities

You can save a View Configuration for: Hardware Asset, Configuration Item, Model, Category, Company, Country, Location, Room, User, Group and Status.
