Configure General au2mator Settings like Navigation Menu and Fallback User

Navigation Menu Settings

Here, you can choose which Pages are visible or not for your Users. Enable or disable the Toggle as needed.

Fall Back User

A Fall Back USer is used if one of your Services is configured with the "Manager" as Approver and no Manager is found in AD. So make sure this is a user you monitor regularly or make sure all your users have a manager set in AD.

User Interface

There are the following Options here.

• Enable Service Multiselect
  • Choose if you want to be able to select single Services or multiple Services on Start a Request (Page)
• Use Custom Favicon
  • Switch the Toggle to on, to use a custom Favicon

Users

There are the following Options here.

• Use Preferred Language
  • Here, you can configure if the preferred Language Property from AD determines the Portal Language for your Users.

File Picker Global Settings

Here, you can define the Custom Folder where uploaded Files from the FilePicker Question Type are stored. Also, you can configure the global list of allowed file extensions allowed for the FilePicker Question Type.

• Directory Name
  • Enter the Name of the Custom Folder where Files are stored.

  • Here, you can enter a list of allowed file extensions, separated by ","
