Automation

Select the dedicated Automation Engine you want to use in this Service. Every Service can have one single automation configured.

The Automation Engine must be configured before it can be selected here.

When Azure Automation is selected, you have to choose the following Properties.

• Azure Credential: select the configured Azure Automation Account
• Run On: Select a hybrid Worker when your AA Runbook should be executed OnPrem

Automation Type

Here, you can select your automation related to the Type.

• Request New

That is the main automation, triggered when a User executes a service. From that automation we also read the input Parameters and provided the Questions,

• Request Info

When this automation is configured, an Info Icon is available at the Service Selection and can be executed before a Service is triggered.

• Request Approval

That automation is triggered when an Approval is configured. au2mator itself is not sending any Emails. You ensure this automation is doing everything needed for the Approval to be successful.succeed
