A Location represents a physical site — an office, a branch, a warehouse. Locations contain Rooms, are linked to Companies, and are where Users and Hardware Assets are physically based.

Overview
Locations sit one level above Rooms in the physical hierarchy: Location → Room → Hardware Asset/User.
Core Fields
- Name
- Description
Address
- Address
- City
- State
- Postal Code
Asset Manager
A Location can have an Asset Manager (User) or an Asset Manager Group (Group) assigned, responsible for assets at that site.
Companies
A Location can be linked to one or more Companies.
Country
A Location links to one Country record.
Cost Center
Used for billing assets based at this Location back to the right Cost Center.
