Data Model

Every Asset is built from Master Data: Hardware Asset, Configuration Item, Category, Model, Company, Country, Location, Room, User, Group and Status.

Views & Columns

Add your own Custom Fields per Category, and save your own Views with the Columns and Filters you need.

Roles & Permissions

Three Authorization Groups control access — see our Roles & Permissions Article.

Billing & Cost Centers

Create Billing Rules, run automatic Billing Runs, and let your Companies and Locations check their own costs in My Billing — all allocated against a Cost Center.

Warranty Sync

Instead of typing warranty dates in by hand, let the manufacturer answer. Warranty Sync looks up warranty start and end dates for Dell, HP, Apple, Fujitsu and Lenovo hardware and tells you where your stored dates and the manufacturer disagree.

Warranty Sync is a paid add-on and is not available on a trial licence.
